USCMS-FNAL-WC1 Tier-1 Report

1. We have received delivery of 200 more worker nodes to add to our farm. We hope to have these in production service
   by the beginning of CSA06.
2. We have upgraded to dCache 1-7-0-6, except for the SRM which didn't work.
