Some points (hoping they help):

Scientific applications and community

- gather the grid-user community through the user forum

- don't substitute to the conferences of the application domain, UF
  need to keep generic and grid focused

- supported some selected apps with FTE grants

- give to activity managers some budget to invite external application
  member during the project (trip and meetings after the initial
  budget decision )

Support

- a core team very reactive

- support application users and developers, but also activity manager
  and services developers

- need at least one expert by supported application domains
  (chemistry, earth-sciences, Med imaging, ....)

High-level services:

- support developments done in apps community: of course to do new
  ones,

- but at least to integrate/maintain them on EGEE and to made them
  "generic" enough

NA4 Management:

- support selected applications management activity with FTE grants

I am sorry to not be able to attend the NA4sc meeting, I will be
giving a talk this afternoon in Grenoble.
