Description
This Virtual Visit will take place in Melbourne, Australia at the the Centre of Excellence for Particle Physics.
The event will invite people with an interest in particle physics and CERN. There will be senior high school students (ages 16 - 18), first year university physics and engineering students (ages ~18 - 20) attending and interested members of the general public. The audience won't have detailed knowledge of CMS or particle physics.
The virtual visit will take place directly following a delayed broadcast of the TEDxCERN event, however most of the attendees will not attend the broadcast and will only attend the virtual visit.
Local time of the Virtual Visit 5-6pm.
