Due to the informal nature of this meeting, the minutes cover general topics which were brought up.

1) HEPIX is starting.

Currently, there's not much to discuss, as most of the talks which are up are Site Reports.

Sam noted that there are some interesting talks in the second half of the week (on Clouds, Containers, HTCondor and future Storage), but most of the presentations are not up yet. There is an interesting talk (policy-wise) on CERN's batch system plans already up for the Friday.

2) Volunteer sites for HTTP Deployment TaskForce SAM test/beta-test. (Not widespread deployment, site needs to be prepared to engage with beta-testing the tests - determining false positives as well as debugging any issues it turns up)

 - Lukasz volunteered Bristol

 - Sam volunteered Glasgow

 - Ewan volunteered the Oxford IPv6 endpoint (as we're not sure if anyone else has an IPv6 only endpoint to use for testing)

* ACTION: Sam to email Oliver Keeble re these volunteers.

3) Only non-LHC VO update we have is Alessandra's on LSST. Ewan noted that the issue with non-publishing of pilot roles for LSST vo seems to be a General ARC Problem, and this is understood.

Sam gave a quick update on HPC DiRAC status (Lydia is about to restart some file transfers via FTS at RAL, but with a smaller number of transfers at a time). Ewan and Sam noted that the suggestion that an optimal mechanism for DiRAC would be to use tar files / diff tar files for "archiving" does not seem to be progressing with DiRAC at this time.

It was agreed that this discussion completed the useful list of topics to discuss (esp. with the small group present), so the meeting adjourned at this point.
