New criterion:  "The new BLAH Parser (i.e. BUpdater/BNotifier) should be integrated in CREAM."


Justification:

<< The current BLAH Parser is based on parsing LRMS log file.  This log file is not an interface:
* it is not supposed to provide all the job status changes,
* the format of log messages is not supposed to be the same for all the status changes,
* this format can change at any time.

Because of this, some LRMS (e.g. BQS) can not enable job monitoring byparsing logs.   >>

This is not really a strong requirement as the requested component exists and has apparently been tested with lsf already. Missing are some final tests and the integration into the package itself, according to an information exchange between the CREAM developers and the person responsible for interfacing our LRMS, Sylvain Reynaud.
