DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Maxime Guilbaud (Rice University (US))\nObservation
of a long-range\, near-side\, two-particle correlation (known as the “Ri
dge”) in high-multiplicity pp and pPb collisions opened up new opportuni
ties of exploring novel QCD dynamics in small collision systems. While ext
ensive studies of this long-range correlation phenomenon in pPb collisions
have revealed its collective properties\, the nature of the ridge in pp c
ollisions still remains unknown. Latest measurements of long-range particl
e correlations in high-multiplicity pp collisions are presented. Anisotrop
y Fourier harmonics v2 and v3 are extracted as a function of pT and multip
licity\, for charged particles\, and identified $K^0_s$ and $\\Lambda$ had
rons. A multi-paricle cumulant technique is also used to explore the colle
ctive nature of the long-range correlations. The results are directly comp
ared with data in pPb and PbPb collisions\, which shed light on the physic
al origin on the novel collective correlations in small systems.\n\nhttps:
