Automatizing 1-loop multi-leg calculations for LHC (and ILC) physics.

Room: TH Theory Conference Room
The bottle-neck problems in the automation of multi-leg calculations at 1-loop have been recently solved thanks to the discovery of new computational algorithms. I review, also by means of explicit examples, the basic ideas, techniques and tools that are nowadays at our disposal to build an automatic 1-loop multi-leg event generator for LHC and ILC physics.
