Artem gave the status report for COMPASS/PanDA instance.

1. It was a long e-mail exchange with lxbatch admins 

but 2 days ago the job was successfully submited with COMPAS VO

2. Artem talked with Peter Love. And Peter provided a configuration for APF(pilot factory)

Also Wrapper need to be modified

APF+Wrapper promissing to be done in 2 days

3. Currently the instance working with personal certificate. 

But the dedicated service certificate is obtained and ready.

4. Next step would be to submit job directly from afs account
