Guided tour of the city of Cosenza (9 February)
The tour will start from the Conference Venue at 16:00.
By a tourist bus we will visit the Norman Swabian Castle of Cosenza, 11th century. Walking through the medieval streets of the old town, we will visit the Diocesan Museum, the Cathedral and the Government palace.
The return point of the tour (at 18:45) will be the restaurant "Gli Artigiani del Gusto", where the dinner will be served at 19:00.
Welcome dinner (9 February)
The dinner with traditional dishes accompained with a selection of Calabria wines will take place (from 19:00 to 20:30) at the restaurant "Artigiani del Gusto", Via Petrarca 16, 5 min walking distance from the conference venue (see here for more details). You will enjoy local food accompained by a selection of wines proposed by experienced sommeliers of the "Italian Sommelier Society of Calabria".

Social dinner (10 February)
The social dinner will take place at the restaurant "Da Salvino", Via G. Marini Serra, located 8 min walking distance from the conference venue (see here for more details).
The departure point (at 20.00) will be from the conference venue and the return point will be at the Home Club Suite Hotel.

UNICAL night (9 February)
At the Auditorium of the UNICAL- Università della Calabria, you will enjoy a classical concert.
The University, with 35.000 students, is the first and one of the few residential university campuses in Italy. Here you can find the Natural History Museum, the University Library (one of the largest libraries in Southern Italy), theatres and sport centers.
The departure point (20:30) will be from the restaurant "Artigiani del Gusto", Via Petrarca 5 and the return point will be at the Home Club Suite Hotel.
