Registration
Registration fee is $45 (coffee, snacks). Registration is open until October 31, 2016.
Preferred way of paying the fees is through PayPal, either with a credit card or with your PayPal account. On-site payment is cash-only in Japanese Yen and should only be used as an exception. After registering you will be given the link to the PayPal page. Link to this page will also be in your confirmation email so you can pay at a later time. Please make your payments by October 31, 2016 as the workshop services need to be paid in advance.
Venue
The workshop will take place at Sanjo-Kaikan Hall in the Hongo campus of the University of Tokyo. The location is marked as '#2 building' in the campus map. Access to the campus can be found in the access map.

There are many Western style hotels and Japaneses style ones (Ryokan). Booking can be done via their web pages.

Travel
There are two international airports in Tokyo: Narita and Haneda. From Narita, the Keisei Skyliner train is convenient to access to Ueno area. From Haneda, take the Tokyo Monorail train to Hamamatsu-cho and then transfer to JR (Japan Rail) line.

Currency
It is recommended you exchange your cash into Japanese Yen at the airport. It is also possible to exchange at major banks, which locate at the distance of 15 minutes walk from our office. (Hongo Sanchome area).
Please note that cashing service using a foreign credit or debit card is still limited. You can find additional information on using your credit/debit card to obtain cash here.
The majority of restaurants, shops and hotels accept credit cards. (Please remember that there are still some exceptions.)
