After two years, five successful editions and plenty of positive feedback, we are happy to announce the 7th edition of our Diversity in Action workshop.
Seize the opportunity and participate in this half-day interactive workshop designed to explore the meaning and importance of diversity at CERN. Using participative multi-media methods and study cases from the CERN work environment, this workshop will provide participants with insights into the different dimensions of diversity, help to develop greater sensitivity to differences, explore ways to recognise and overcome biases and thereby strengthen our tradition of inclusiveness at CERN.
“For me it was a great opportunity to talk about diversity issues with other people at CERN who I would have never met otherwise," says Alex Brown, who participated in the 3rd edition of the workshop. "The discussions I was involved in inspired connections that are still active."
