Information for Exhibitors
The main exhibition program for RT2018 will take place from Monday, June 11 in the morning til Wednesday, June 13 around 1PM. Exhibitors will be able to setup as early as Sunday afternoon (June 10). Exhibitors will receive a 10ftX8ft (3mX2.5m) space with pipe and drape walls, one 6ftX2.5ft (182x76cm) table, two chairs and access to electricity and WiFi.
Standard exhibition space will be interspersed among the poster and coffee break areas (in the Cascades and Oak rooms). Coffee breaks along with a poster session on Tuesday afternoon will help to maximize interaction between participants and exhibitors.
Additional space will be optional for Exhibitors in the Demonstration Lab (Maple Room). This space will allow vendors to setup and operate more elaborate test equipment and provide a venue for possible tutorial or instructional sessions. This space will be available throughout the entire conference and pre-conference programs (Saturday June 9 - Friday June 15).
The Standard Exhibition fee is $2200 ($2400 after April 13). This includes a standard booth in the exhibition/poster area, two conference registrations for vendor personnel (Monday-Wednesday) that include all coffee breaks, welcome reception and the excursion Wednesday afternoon.
A Premium Upgrade is also available for exhibitors ($500 early, $600 late). This adds the following options: early setup (over the weekend) for the pre-conference programs along with two vendor registrations for the µTCA Workshop, guaranteed space in the Demonstration Lab throughout the whole conference and two Conference Dinner admissions for vendor attendees.
If Exhibitors require additional personnel during the conference (to man the booths, demo lab equipment, etc...) there is a special limited participation registration option available. Please contact the local conference organizers directly if you have questions (rt2018@jlab.org).
