Meeting reason: OSG and wLCG management decided that OIM (OSG Information Management system) is the natural place to record OSG resources. We discussed the impact to all Grid services, including GGUS. Actions: 1. A migration out of GOCdb is starting now and will last for 2 months. It is understood by the LCG management that monitoring figures for site availability will sometimes be bad until the end of this migration,i.e. *May 2009* (Diana, James and Rob and others?). 2. SAM will no more monitor OSG sites via the OPS VO. Monitoring will be done 'in the name of' the LHC experiment VOs. (James and other OAT members). 3. Instructions to VOs for resource registration in OIM here for: USCMS: https://oim.grid.iu.edu/gocticket/viewer?id=6360 USATLAS: https://oim.grid.iu.edu/gocticket/viewer?id=6364 (Arvind and experiment contacts (Dantong, Catalin, Burt, Fred)). 4. OSG-GGUS inter-operation actions: 4.a. Re-check mutual status update in a ticket's life: https://savannah.cern.ch/support/?107511 (Arvind, Rob and Guenter). 4.b. Assist GGUS ticket submitters during the GOCdb-OIM migration: https://savannah.cern.ch/support/?106927 Problematic ticket numbers should be given in this savannah ticket or during the Monday Operations' meeting or during the daily wLCG meeting. (Rob and Maria). 4.c. Make sure that OIM contains not only Site name but also contact email and emergency email (for alarms) to be used by GGUS behind the 'Affected SITE' menu. If OSG management has reservations about the visibility of contact email addresses on OIM, please explain in: https://savannah.cern.ch/support/?107531 (Rob and Guenter). 4.d. Verify that cases like ticket https://gus.fzk.de/ws/ticket_info.php?ticket=45718 will go away after the migration, i.e. ensure that one of the ticketing systems involved won't trigger a new ticket opening (e.g. on 'verify solution') in the other one (Rob and Guenter). 4.e. Resolve/explain GGUS tickets assigned to ROC_CERN for BNL-LCG2 (in the current situation this is a site in GOCdb) that never made it to BNL (Dantong and Diana). 4.f. Send ALARM/TEAM tickets' documentation to meeting participants from OSG (Maria). Here it is: Several docs on TEAM tickets: https://gus.fzk.de/pages/docu.php#7 Several docs on ALARM tickets: https://gus.fzk.de/pages/docu.php#8 FAQ for Direct routing to sites: https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/EGEE/SA1_USAG#Direct_routing_to_sites_faq FAQ for Team member registration: ggus-docs/documentation/pdf/1541_FAQ_for_team_member_registration.pdf FAQ for Alarmer registration: ggus-docs/documentation/pdf/1511_FAQ_for_alarmer_registration.pdf 4.g. Send the TEAM and ALARM the special email templates and the special GGUS ticket submission forms that *only* authorised TEAMers and ALARMers can see to the meeting participants. Here it is: The documentation in point 4.f. above contains https://gus.fzk.de/pages/ggus-docs/documentation/pdf/1550_Team_Ticket_Process.pdf and https://gus.fzk.de/pages/ggus-docs/documentation/pdf/1560_Alarm_Ticket_Process.pdf with the mail templates and screenshots of the web forms. -- Maria Dimou-Zacharova http://cern.ch/dimou CERN CH-1211 Geneva 23 Switzerland Maria.Dimou@cern.ch Tel:+41227673356 Fax:+41227669820
