  • A DRAFT of your presentation (Poster or Oral)
  • One or two DRAFT slides giving the key message (highlights) what you will present. Please see the web site for file naming conventions.
  • The purpose of these uploads is:
    • To confirm that you will make the presentation.
    • To confirm that you can upload to Indico.
    • To allow a check for any issues (strange fonts etc.) that will affect your Oral presentation.
    • To give those preparing track highlights time to ensure that Posters and Orals are given full consideration.
  • In the absence of any upload, our default assumption will be that your contribution has been withdrawn.
