Proceedings of this workshop will be published online in a special volume of Journal of Physics: Conference Series (IOP). The submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by referees chosen by the
Editors of the volume:
Carlos Escobar (Universidade do Algarve), Jacob Noordmans (Universidade do Algarve), Ralf Lehnert (Indiana University) and Robertus Potting (Universidade do Algarve)
Instructions to authors:
The manuscripts can be prepared either with Microsoft Word or with LaTeX2e following the instructions and templates available on the publisher's website. Please note the special format the journal requires for references!
Guideline for page allocation: approx. 5 pages.
In your proceedings manuscript you may include co-authors. In that case underline the author that presented the work in the workshop.
Please submit your contribution as follows:
- Copy all source files (including figures) and the final PDF file in a folder,
- Name your manuscript source file as SURNAME_firstname_Lorentz2017.*** (*** = tex or docx)
- and the corresponding PDF file as: SURNAME_firstname_Lorentz2017.pdf
- Compress the folder using zip named as:SURNAME_firstname_Lorentz2017.zip
- Send the compressed folder by e-mail attachment to:
- ralehner@indiana.edu
- with the following in the subject line:
- Proceedings Lorentz 2017 SURNAME.firstname
