The aim of this Review is to finalize the open aspects for which a decision is needed. The idea is to start with a general overview on the status of the circuits with a presentation on the work done under the MCF umbrella. The Review will focus afterwards on the follow-up of the recommendations from the International Review on the HL-LHC Magnet Circuits held in March 2016, and the major issues which require either decision or confirmation. The final report of the Review will be presented at the HL-LHC TCC.
