Description
Preparation meeting for the installation of the warm structure.

      PAD MARKING
      • Can you mark the pad position and the outside structure?
      • Can you foresee some metal plate to compensate the height delta?
      • Do you foresee any test for the isolation resistance (G10/FR14 of 0.125 inch)

      Fernanda send us a presentation done on the 17 of January which explain what they foresee on the PAD marking.

      • Can you mark the pad position and the outside structure?

      On the page 18 of the presentation, we can see that the marking of the foot print is done.

      • Can you foresee some metal plate to compensate the height delta?

      On the page 20 to 22, they foresee to do some support islands either in epoxy or cement-based for the 20 feet with a flatness adjusted to +/- 1mm. (At least 7 days of curing)

      The total eight of the support islands will be between 4,25" and 5,25" (10,2cm and 12,7cm).

      Did you take into account the total height of the warm vessel with the concrete roof?

      • Do you foresee any test for the isolation resistance (G10/FR14 of 0.1 inch)

      Some test are foreseen to make sure that the G10 electrical isolation of 0,125" will accept the weight of about 50 Tonnes on each PAD.

      CRANE AND LIFTING TOOLS
      • We will need 2 lifting beams of 10000kg (22000 livres) and 5 meters long (16 feet)
      • We will need 3 to 4 concrete blocks about 1 feet thick
      • We will need lift chain lifting pliers
      • What type of cranes do you have and can they work together?

      We have 2 cranes of 30T each but they can't work together with the same remote.

      Can we have the minimum length between the 2 hooks of the 2 cranes?

      • We will need 2 lifting beams of 10000kg (22000 livres) and 5 meters long (16 feet)?
      • we will need 3 to 4 concrete blocks as picture? (dimension about 1 feet thick x 1.5 feet high x 2 feet large)
      • We will need lift strap and lifting pliers?
        • we need at least 10 lift strap of 5m.
        • we need at least 2 pliers like the picture.

      STABILISERS AND WELDING PREPARATION
      • We will need some angle iron (2x2 inches) of 6 meters (20 feet) to weld on the wall during the installation
      • We will need as well 6 IPN in metal of 6 meters (20 feet)
      • We will need one welder to prepare the angle for the welding of each elements.

      The pneumatical tools that we want to use require a flow of 80 gallon/minute (300 l/minute) and a pressure of 95 Psi (6,2 bar).
