Description
The main purpose of the Preparatory the Local Organizing Committee(LOC) meeting is to bring up the related-ASP2020 answes to be given to the International Organization Committee (IOC) during the meeting that will be held on 15th January, including financial support.
In addition, school and conference programs will be discussed as well as the tasks distribution among the LOC members
