Submission deadline
To express your interest in presenting a talk, please submit an abstract using the form below. This is a non-binding expression of interest to attend and present a talk at TeVPA. Payment of the conference fee is not required at the time of abstract submission (though it will be required later, should you choose to confirm your attendance to TeVPA).
All contributions will be oral, and we have scheduled many parallel talks to give students and postdocs the chance to present their work. Please limit your abstract length to 250 words.
Your submitted abstract will be reviewed by us and we will inform you as soon as we have made a decision on it. If your abstract is accepted and you confirm your participation by paying the conference fee, you will be required to register as a participant if you have not yet done so.
Login instructions to submit an abstract (applies also to registration):
To submit an abstract you will need to sign in with a CERN account, a Federation account, or a public service account (Facebook, Google, Live, etc.).
Should you wish to create a CERN Lightweight Account to register, you will have the option to do so after clicking on the "Log in to proceed" button below. In the page that will be loaded after clicking the button, look for the link "Create/Check your account" at the bottom. Please follow the instructions after that link.

If you are submitting more than one abstract, please just include the following line after your abstract:
"I am also submitting an abstract to the track [track name]."
