Description

The phenomenology of right-handed charged currents is analyzed in the framework of the Standard Model Effective Field Theory,  studying the manifestation of the complex couplings of the W boson to right-handed quarks in collider physics, flavor physics, and low-energy precision measurements. Bounds obtained under the assumption that the right-handed operator is the dominant correction to the Standard Model at observable energies are presented . The impact of degeneracies with other BSM effective interactions is also discussed, including the identification of key  observables, both at colliders and low-energy experiments, that would uniquely point to right-handed charged currents.
