LHC-centric or a generic school ?
--> LHC oriented due to the lecturers and tutors but open to the world. We shall try to include some non-LHC elements in the lectures.
Reshuffle groups during the school to avoid having the "difficult" students always with the same people
--> Difficult. If someone comes up with a working and simple algorithm we can discuss it further. The question is rather to filter better during the selection.
Programming : minimal level required.
--> Home works did not 100% work in the past. Maybe add a programming (basic) question to the form ?
