Monday plenary, four sessions each of 90-120 min:
1) Welcome, reports from Europe, Asia, Americas (all three on situation and strategies), LCB report, possibly LCC report if time
2) Physics (Higgs, Top, BSM, etc), maybe LHC report
3) Accelerator topics: LCC if not above, 2x ILC/CLIC talks
4) Detectors; ILD, SID, CLIC, 2xR&D
Would be good to conclude on the session topics and have suggestions for titlers and speakers by mid July.

Friday plenary:
Discuss in committee, a part summary and a part more political ?

Parallel sessions; need suggestions by next meeting, including conveners if possible. See link for Morioka sessions.
