New members nominations:

CTD/WIT2017 members whom expressed interests to stay in the CTD2018 program committee

Once CTD2018 program committee is formed. I'll set up new mailing list, spreadsheet of talks, and schedule kick-off meeting to populate spreadsheet. New committee will fix the date and also decide if we call for abstracts or have all talks by invitation only.
Q: shall we meet in two weeks time scale for the CTD2018 kick-off meeting?
