Guilhermne: Ask witek a debug session to install gsl-dev on macitois17 to make tests succeed
This was addressed resorting to the built_in gsl to make tests green (and test Mathmore on macos). We need to check with Pere how to handle these cases.

Danilo: fix for i686 assertROOT7027 which is failing
This is a regression in the unloading introduced by the llvm upgrade. ROOT-7027 has been reopened and raphael and vassil added as watchers.

Martin: Eliminate all old icc builds (icc version < 17)
