The schedule variance has increased from 1.37 months to 2.73 months since the end of June, probably due to the lack of reporting and slowing down of activities during the summer. Regarding the CERN Expenditure Tracking, there is currently 38% of charges and 77% of commitment for the LIU-PSB project versus the 48% of charges and 79% commitment objectives for the 1st of September.

Update reports should be sent to S. Prodon by the beginning of September to see where the project really stands.

Follow-up on the Installation Readiness for LS2 (Julie Coupard)
