Description

Texture Zero Mass Matrices will be used to
describe the flavour mixing of the leptons
and quarks. The mixing angles are calculated in terms
of the mass eigenvalues. The neutrino masses
can be calculated - they are very small
and display a normal hierarchy. An application to double beta decay is discussed.
