Actions

Guilherme: move the icc17 builds to a more powerful machine since the dbg builds are too slow on a 2GHz machine
Lorenzo: fix the precision issues in stressmathcore(gtest) which make the tests fail on fst builds
Danilo: study further the pythonisation-smartptr on arm fst builds
Oksana + Philippe: verify that the filemerger-make failures are due to the fact that the bin contents are different (these are fst builds)
Danilo: sort out priorities for the PPP topics among parallelism in TMVA, RooFit, Sprint Coordination.

o Automatic binning: We agree that we need to go back to the whiteboard. The conclusions will be discussed at the next PPP meeting.

o Releases: outstanding issues are an
 - llvm update
 - thread safety of list of cleanups
 - tdf is a series of difficult items but non has consequences on the entire ROOT
 - TMVA (convolutional NN may go in but this needs more effort, cross validation will go in)
 - vectorisation (big pieces there already)
 - we doubt RooFit will be ready by then
 - we hope to have an experimental windows build.

o Unmaintained and deprecated modules: we'll have a forum post where people can add comments. We'll update the list according to the comments.
