Due to recent events in Mexico city and surrounding states, we are proposing to realice the International Workshop in Puerto Vallarta (on the same dates 19-23 Feb 2017). An additional RPC "hands on" school will be realized in Mexico city (most likely from Wed 14 till Sat 17 Feb 2017) in Mexico city (this can not be changed)
