15 single rooms with bathroom at 58.00 CHF per person per night have been pre-booked at the CERN hostel.
To beneficiate from this pre-booking, please send the document 'BOOKING FORM FOR FCC ee QCD' to housing.service@cern.ch at the latest 31 days before the expected arrival date. Booking requests will be treated according to the availability on the group booking. If all the pre-booked rooms have been used, booking requests will be treated according to the hotel availability.
This block booking is guarantee no later than 11 December 2017. After this date, the unused rooms will be released.
