Call for Abstracts

The abstracts are accepted until 12th of January 2018. We recommend you submit your abstract(s) as soon as possible.

A CERN INDICO account is mandatory for submitting abstracts. In case you do not have an account yet, please follow these steps:

1. Create a CERN lightweight account using the corresponding CERN Website

2. Activate account using the link in the mail you receive from the CERN account system

3. Connect your new CERN account with the INDICO system by login at the INDICO page

4. Upload your abstract(s) using this page

The abstracts will be reviewed and authors will be notified by the Scientific Committee if accepted or not.
Abstracts will only be fully accepted and the contributions integrated in the conference schedule after full payment of the registration fees of the presenting author.
