Accommodation
The organisers have arranged accommodation of the participants in the following Guest Houses in Saltlake area of Kolkata. Among these both VECC and SINP guest houses are adjacent to the SINP campus where the workshop is going to be held. Please find your name in the following lists to know where you will be accommodated. If you had requested for accommodation, but your name is missing in the lists, please bring it to the notice of the organisers. Also read the general instruction at the very end.

General Instructions :
- A photo ID (Passport or Govt of India approved) is required at the time of check-in to the guest houses and SINP-entrance. Please carry an additional photo copy of the ID to be submitted at the guest house.
- Breakfasts and dinner on all days are arranged at the respective guest houses.Lunch will be arranged in the conference venue.
- Transport will be provided between SN Bose guest house and SINP from 19th to 23rd Feb. On all days, the cars from SN Bose GH to SINP will start @ 9:00 AM. The organizers will pay directly to the guest houses for accommodation and food, and the guests would not bear any cost regarding food and accommodation.
- We are not arranging pick-up and drop-off from airport or station to the respective guest houses, in general. Please plan accordingly. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact any time.
