Registration - both for contributors and plain participants - will be opened mid February 2018, after abstract reviewing and acceptance notification.
It will have to be finalized by the payment of the fee (400 EUR) within the indicated deadline.
After the latter, a late registration fee of 500 EUR will apply.
Students can benefit from fee halving (200 EUR).
Pre-booked hotel accommodation will be proposed to each participant.
