TRD report (Alexander)
* DQM plots for VdM fill do not show good PH plots, example see run 282031
-> in the offline QA plots the PH spectrum looks fine
-> Martino: trigger setting was wrong ('random'?)
-> check with Martino again what the trigger settings were for the affected runs
-> for the most recent runs the DQM plots again do not look normal
-> did the trigger configuration change?
-> are we taking less min. bias triggers?
==> Iount will send a mail to the shift leader + DQM shifter and maybe add Gracia to let them know about out troubles with the trigger config
==> Tom will contace Ruediger Haake to add to the DQM plots a plot with the current trigger configuration

* not yet clear if we do Kr calibration before christmas or after
-> waiting for answer from Isolde people
-> Mirko could come on short notice from Zagreb to Cern
-> TPC will probably do it after christmas, since they will change from Neon to Argon again


Central DCS plans for EYETS (Oliver)
-> no major upgrades planned
-> for details see slides by Oliver
-> LV PS firmware will be upgraded for all power supplies during January
-> HV firmware upgrade not yet planned
==> HV adjustment during PAR will be developped to not need to stop the run anymore for a constant gain

TRD QA for pp reference run (Ole)
* plot the rate of dying chambers from the beginning of data taking on
-> normalized to the time of HV on
-> Yvonne has this plot for Run 1
-> check which chamber died when

Update on TRD Trigger Efficiency in pPb (Yvonne)
-> why is a tracklet in layer 0 required for the electron triggers?
-> 15/87 stacks miss a chamber in layer 0
-> check purity again, by checking the triggered event sample for TPC/TOF identified electrons without exclusion cuts
-> do not take runs with lowes/highest gain for the plots, but try two halfs for sufficient statistics
