Accommodation

Accommodation is not included in the registration fees. 
The participants have to pay their own accommodations. However, we may be 
able to provide for local hospitality for a few students.  

For the convenience of the participants, AAPCOS 2018 committee has the following 
suggestions : 

A)  We have blocked several rooms in Bhagirathi Guest Houses at S.N.Bose National Center for Basic Sciences where participants can stay :

B) There are a few nearby hotels within a few Km of the conference venue. The prices range from 70 to 100 Euros per night. We recommend you to book early as some of these hotels are in high demand throughout the year.

C) Accomodation for students and postdoctoral fellows will be made in the guest house of Meghnad Saha Abashan (Housing)-II (MSA-II, near Ruby Hospital). 


 Travel to the conference venue to and from and above mentioned hotels, guest house of S.N Bose National Center for Basic Sciences and MSA-II will be organised free of cost.
