Filling the registration form:
=> The registration must be in english as this is an internationa School with an international Committee and all the lectures will be in english thus require a good english speaking and understanding level.
=> The CV must be filled in english
=> The Poster: please send for the time being the Tittle and a short abstract about the Poster content. The poster itself can be posted later if you like but of course before the start of the School. It must present the current status of your work and research.
Please Note that the registration works in two steps:
1) Pre-registration: the students have to fill the registration form including a brief CV and an abstract of the poster they will present.
2) The final registration: you will receive a confirmation email.
At each step a message will be sent by the local organizers.
The payment of the fee will be made
1) BY BANK TRANSFER or
2) BY CASH at your arrival.
The payment can be made by USD or Euros or local currency RMB, at your convenience.
Note that the fee includes: accomodation, coffee breaks, banquet, opening party and overhead. Meals are not included in the Fee. A maximum of 50 Euros in addition for all the meals (lunch and dinner) over the two weeks has to be expected.
Thus a total cost expenses for the 2 weeks stay for a student will be around 400 Euros/460 USD/2500 RMB equivalent.
Note that some fellowships will be offered for students who need financial support. This grant will be covering stay expenses; special fellowships (see School website frontpage) are now available and can cover the full expenses including the transportation (airfares or train transportation). The grants are attributed, after an evaluation by the School committee in charge, based on the CV, the reference letters (at least 2) and the motivation letter of the student.
