Recent results on mixing and CPV in charm decays at B factories.

I will present a basic overview of analysis techniques at the B factories BaBar and Belle of importance to mixing and CP-violation measurements in charm. I will then summarize two recent measurements of mixing in D0 decay; and three recent searches for CP violation in charmed-meson decay.
