The latest results from ATLAS and CMS about Vtb and the Wtb vertex are presented. Single top quark production cross sections allows to directly constrain the VL coupling while W-boson helicity, asymmetry and the 3-angle analyses provide constraints on the anomalous coupling with different levels of generality. A global fit which combines all the mentioned analyses, except the 3-angle one, from Tevatron and the Large Hadron Collider, leads to significant sensitivity improvements, especially when compared with the current expectation for the High Luminosity run at the LHC.
