New physics and flavour high-pT (Higgs, top and flavour) Markus Cristinziani, U. Bonn and CERN In this talk we will review the recent results on Higgs-boson and top-quark physics related to the flavour sector. These include the direct observation of Higgs couplings to fermions and the search for lepton-flavour violating decays or flavour-changing neutral currents. The present anomalies observed at the B factories and at LHCb can provide guidance to searches for new physics beyond the Standard Model at high transverse momentum. Some examples of this search programme will be discussed, as well.
