The Royal College of Art is ranked as the number one institution globally for art and design and over the last 8 weeks we have worked closely with its faculty and postgraduate students. They have been exploring how CERN’s technologies and expertise can be applied to address the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's). Six interdisciplinary and international teams of students have applied their creativity and design skills to identify key opportunities and develop innovative propositions that could contribute to SDG achievement.
On 5 December the teams will present their interim findings and are seeking feedback and technical input from CERN people to complete their work. Everyone is warmly welcome to join for this session which begins at 10h00 on 5 December. The teams will be at CERN through the rest of the day and can meet you individually following their presentations to receive further guidance and share their ideas in more depth.
