Access:

On below map, follow the blue arrow. Starting from reception, where you collect your badge, you walk toward CERN main entrance (B) from where you enter CERN, 70m on your left you'll find building 160. You can then ask people if you can't find room 160-1-009.
The workshop will take place in room 160-1-009. Please go directly to this room after collecting your access card.
You can collect your access card at the main reception during opening hours. The main reception can be found in building 33, opposite the Globe. Show your ID at the reception and they will let you in. If you are staying at the hotel and coming in before/after opening hours, the guard at the main entrance (Entrée B) will let you in.

Mon-Fri: 8am - 5.45pm
Sat: 8.30am - 5.15pm
Entrée B opening hours:
7/7 days - 24/24 hours
