The organizing committee of LP2019 has a limited budget to help participants attend the conference. PhD students and participants with disabilities or from developing countries, as well as those with financial difficulty, may apply for a registration/accommodation grant.
Application Guidelines:
- Please fill in the registration/accommodation grant application form (pdf) and send it, together with a copy of your passport photo page, to lp2019@physics.utoronto.ca by 15 April 2019.
- Ask your supervisor or the person who is referring you to send a letter of recommendation to us directly. We will not accept reference letters sent by you.
- Please note that the grant is for the applicant only.
- The grant will cover the registration fee and accommodation in partial or full amount based on individual requests within the budget of LP2019.
- Awardees must remain registered at LP2019 until the end of the conference.
