CV items (Willy):

- Continuous loop of water compressed air type (distribution maillé et non bouclé)

- 2 pumps not interconnected at the moment

- Rinsing valves must be isolated in case of problem (a valve should be added)

- Coffrets will be attached to SAFE modules, their installation after putting SAFE modules

- Type of pipe: multilayer + SS for connections —> CV to send specs of pipe and Automation to check

- Valve to rince Demi Water will be provided by Automation-Lubron

- PID with limit of responsibility to be provided by Automation by next Monday

 

Suggestions on electrical drawings (Francois has checked these points with HSE after the meeting):

- the 3 switches around the ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) are useless until the “consignation” can be done from the breakers in A-feed and B-feed (see : LHCb Power Module Common - 9864.0032.03.0 - SLD_20180108), we propose to remove them

- just for single containers, the battery emergency light fed from the mains is sufficient (see LHCb Power Module RO installation - 9864.0032.04.0 - SLD_20180108) then we propose that all container MDBs are modified accordingly

- EPO means Emergency power off (arrêt d’urgence)
- OVP Means Overvoltage protection, basically these are lightning arresters
- No supervision is provided by Automation. Automation provides with the main breakers (4000 & 1000 A) a MODBUS interface that can be used for a supervision system (to be defined)
- In the power module, Cooling 1 and cooling 2 have to be directly connected to A-feed and B-feed respectively in order to be in line with the redundancy rules
- The cubicle layout have to be define ASAP in order to confirm the position of the incoming + feeder cables —> consequences on trenches & container entrances
- A study is about to be done on the lightning/grounding of the site (LHCb). The telecom tower with its lightning arrester has to be taken into account in terms of site protection and also the induced voltage on the container ground system in case of lightning.
