This event is created in order to use the conversion service for a conference paper written in 1999 in html as per the conversion instructions.
Conclusion:
- Indico doesn't allow html-to-pdf conversion today. See new enhancement request https://github.com/indico/indico/issues/3271
- This discussion was born from various tries to complete actions in a SNOW ticket for CDS record completion.
