The abstract submission is managed by the Integrated Digital Conference (INDICO) system. In order to submit an abstract, click on "Submit new abstract" at the end of this page. The 'CERN Authentication' page will appear on the screen.
If you already have an Indico account at CERN, just log in with your credentials (email address and password).
If you do not have an Indico account at CERN, you need to create a CERN External Account following these steps:
Fill in the form with your email address and personal details.
Important: Fill also the non-mandatory fields (First Name, Last Name) as this information is needed to identify your name in the abstract submission.
You will receive an email to validate your account and set your password.
Go back to the conference page and proceed to submit the abstract, using your CERN external account credentials to log in.
Once logged in, fill in the abstract submission form and click on 'submit'. You will get an email with the submission details.
You can come back to the conference page at any time (until the abstract submission deadline) and log in to modify/check the status of the abstracts.
After submitting your abstract, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. In case you do not receive it, please contact us via the email firstname.lastname@example.org.
