Subject: Milestones for delivery of regional dashboards

Hi Maria


Here are the currently agree dates for the milestones associated with the "=
regional view" dashboards:

*       Development complete: 20 November 2009
*       Testing complete: 18 December 2009-10-28

In order to achieve the "Testing complete" milestone, the relevant team has=
 to have run a "pilot" service with at least 1 ROC and the results of this =
have been successful.  Also, the team has to have produced a Deployment Pla=
n which includes what ROCs need to do in order to deploy the relevant tool =
(where applicable) and also a timeline describing when each of the ROCs pla=
n to deploy/start using the tool.

There is also a "Deployed in production" milestone, which must be before 30=
 April 2010.  However, dates for these milestones can't really be given unt=
il the deployment plan is being produced.
