AZALEA TB

  • AZALEA will be used in T10 by CMS... next week
  • FEI4 data taking has not worked: stopped after ~900 evts, maybe buffer
    Lessons learnt: virtual Scope plus adaptor board with proper pins needed, for looking into TLU communication
  • RD53a test: TLU1 and TLU2 tests
  • Timepix3 effort:
    • restart 2015 integration, TLU1/EUDAQ1 + reco. worked well
    • TLU2/EUDAQ2 data taking in EUDET mode worked --> reco. has to be checked.
  • Comments EUDAQ2: user structure could be improved (hardware seperation, includes not so far); module structure could be problematic for some user
  • Mixed Mode: discussed detailed status; next TORCH test beam in week of June, fallback solution: lower beam rate. 40% of 2017 data contains 1 track.
