Please make sure that you have upload permissions in indico.
The projector aspect ratio is 4:3. If your presentation format is 16:9, there will be black bars on the top and bottom sides. The slides will be displayed during the sessions in PDF format. The conversion from PPT to PDF is carried out by the indico system. If you prefer to do your own PDF conversion, please remember to upload both files, the PDF and PPT source.
We ask you to upload your presentations at least 12 hours before the time of your presentation. If there is a problem with the network or with the Indico system, we want to be sure to spot it early and upload the presentation in the rooms in a timely manner. Please take note that we will not allow USB sticks to be used on the presentation computers due to virus and malware protection reasons. If you do not want that others view your slides before the presentation, protect the PDF created by yourself with a password.
