They are new ways and philosophies of working together.
This conference will discuss the neuro-scientific underpinnings of recent key findings in brain science and their implications on how we think today about effective work cultures for businesses, science and governments.
The conference is lead by Jorge Cendales, who holds a Master's in Civil Engineering and in Cognitive Neurosciences. He has over 35 years of international experience in the IT Service Industry, where he applies his skills in building bridges between neuroscience and leadership, organizational processes and personal development.
Jorge has extensive experience in the areas of coaching, management and development, company and IT strategy consulting, sales and marketing, leading teams from different cultures, geographies and differing professional backgrounds.
