Accomodation:
ECT* will arrange the accomodation for all participants at hotels downtown.
Participants don't have to worry about hotel reservations.
All participants will have a room booked by ECT* well in advance according to the choice you make during the Eventbrite registration:
Depending on your support category received, participants could pay partially or totally the cost of the room.
In case of No-Show the penalty is the total amount of the first night.

Parking lot:
- Hotels don't have any private parking places. However, there is a multi-storey car park at 200 meters from the hotel (cost: € 8/each time you exit). Please ask for further information directly at the Hotel.
- At the ECT* there is a free outdoor parking place that is open from 8.00 am to 21.00 pm.
