Essentially: no extension of the temporary procedure unless 

- schedule for setting up a centralized workshop is available
- a list of foreseen test and locations is available
- names of (future) RPE responsible for the respective work under the
  temporary procedure is available


After discussion with Doris some further info: 

There are two RPE courses planned next year

15.02.2010 au 26.02.2010 in French
07.06.2010 au 18.06.2010 in English

Doris has presented this new RPE-concept for the workshops (with requests for names) already to the BE- and TE-management boards and will in January to the EN-MB. These RPE should (also) take responsibility for any temporary workshop.

In addition, any extension of the temporary procedure must also be agreed with the RSO (who also took responsibility for the one which just expired).
